It is summer in Neu-Friedenwald and the small town is buzzing as the annual tourist season is about to begin. The merry preparations are disturbed by the sudden death of the town's golden girl Cecilia. Local authorities are quick to declare it "a tragic accident". Once the initial shock fades, however, the talking starts and rumors begin to circulate. The young woman's death has torn a gaping wound into the fabric of the community, and cracks in the suburban paradise's veneer are beginning to show
